Back to School: New Rhythms, New Learning at Oxford!

September has a way of shifting everything.
Schedules change. Summer rhythms begin to settle into new routines. Earlier mornings, fuller calendars and new responsibilities create a faster pace to the day. And while our minds may be mentally preparing to jump forward and get it all done, our bodies have their own rhythms. As we move into this new season, perhaps the invitation is not to immediately adapt to back to school but to pause and listen to what your body needs along the way.
Transitions can be an opportunity to notice what is happening beneath the surface: How does your body respond when your routine changes?
Do you feel more activated, tired, scattered, or grounded?
What conditions need to change to help you find your new rhythm?

September also brings a return to learning. As a Virgo who loves to learn, I am excited to embrace cutting-edge education, idea-sharing, and networking. I am traveling to England in a few weeks to attend the Transform Trauma Oxford!
The 2026 theme is Science, Spirit, and the Body: The Synthesis of Healing.
This conference represents the intersectionality of my work and personal calling in this lifetime.
I look forward to meeting more colleagues and deepening my understanding of trauma, the body, and healing while exploring the English countryside.
A gentle reminder that a new school schedule does not have to mean abandoning your body’s rhythm. Learning how to carve out personal healing time during busy seasons fortifies the nervous system and build’s energy reserves within the body.

After my session with Amanda, “I was astounded to see that my Oura Ring’s tracking of my cumulative stress had dropped to its lowest state EVER since I had the ring.”- AL
Warmly,
